Muted tones of dove grey and white are punctuated by subtle pops of pastel colours and vintage linens. The snug area to the rear of the hut houses a comfortable bed with a little window bedecked with bunting, framing the emerald backdrop outside. The beautifully bespoke wood burner is perfect for drying your shoes after walking the muddy lanes and keeping you warm and toasty on cooler evenings. Wrap yourself up in the soft throws, get stuck into a good book and simply switch off from the rest of the world. All the essence of camping but with added luxuries and all the modern amenities you could need. Set within a separate outbuilding approximately 20 metres from the hut and accessed by a lit pathway at night, guests have exclusive use of a private shower room with WC, alongside washing-up facilities and a small fridge with ice compartment.
The outside space surrounding the hut is just as magical - sit outside and stargaze or wander through the land for a countryside adventure. A short but sweet 3 miles away you’ll come to the traffic-free village of Clovelly; with its pretty harbour, cobbled streets, resident donkeys, traditional pubs and vintage tearooms, it makes for an unforgettable trip. If you fancy a trip to the seaside you’ll be spoilt for choice - there are many idyllic beaches and sheltered coves to visit, all within easy reach of the hut.
