Overlooking Brixham town, this spacious, charming and beautifully decorated apartment is perfect for a romantic coastal retreat. Dine alfresco at the bistro table on the sunny south-facing patio garden, breathing in the fresh sea air, before retiring to the sofa where a flame effect fire sets the scene for a cosy night in. There’s also a conservatory beyond the lounge, where you can curl up with a good book or simply admire the garden come rain or shine.

The open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen area is spacious and welcoming and has been beautifully renovated with wooden flooring, exposed stonework and countryside-chic furnishings. You’ll notice a distinctly nautical theme in keeping with its seaside surroundings, so you’re never far from the beach here. Natural sunlight streams in through large windows throughout, giving an airy and open feel.

Brixham’s laid-back yet bustling fishing town lies just 350 yards away, where you’ll find a good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. The harbour is less than 0.5 miles; here, board a boat and enjoy an afternoon of fishing, or perhaps a sightseeing trip around the bay. Of course, no visit to South Devon is complete without visiting its beaches, and Brixham is home to many. Relax in peace at the secluded St Mary’s Bay, or enjoy the 53-metre tidal pool at Shoalstone Beach (both 1 mile).

  • Brixham is busy fishing village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.

Nothing wrong with the apartment very clean and well equipped. The hill was a bit of problem for my wife but we made it.

Great location for access to busses and town harbour area but with a short steep hill to the apartment, but so has 90% of Brixham. Everything you need if wanting to home cook or plenty of nice places to eat nearby. The Manor pub only 60yds away almost on the same level, friendly, good beer, range of drinks, & some entertainment nights Would recommeRead morend to retired couples, local bus services are great, didn't move my car after parking. The apartment is very clean and basic. Internet is absolutely terrible connection However the apartment is very clean and very close to the town. Small issue there could be more toilet paper

Absolutely beautiful apartment in an amazing location. Everything was as it would be expected. Bed is super comfortable and even the shower was good - something of a rare find in holiday accommodation. We ate out, but the kitchen was equipped if you wanted to cook. The patio area was lovely and a real bonus. Nothing was amiss here. Will definitely Read morebe booking to stay again and gave recommended to friends already. Hide
