It’s tucked away in a peaceful hamlet near Slapton, with lovely views and the striking Slapton Sands around 2 miles away. This beautiful stretch of shingle beach is perfect for coastal walks and water sports. For shops, galleries and great places to eat, you’ll have the lively market town of Kingsbridge nearby (5 miles).

This spacious and elegant home is beautifully presented, starting with its grand hallway leading to a formal dining room on one side and a cosy snug with a wood burner on the other. There’s also a peaceful study so you can catch up on work if needs be. The heart of the property is the open-plan lounge and kitchen, where natural light pours in and there’s plush seating surrounding a second wood burner. Bi-fold doors open straight onto the patio. Just beyond the kitchen, is a utility room, boot room and WC/shower room. Nearby, keen walkers can join nearby countryside trails or head to the dramatic South West Coast Path (3.5 miles) for unforgettable sea views. The iconic headlands at Start Point (9 miles) make a fantastic day out for keen hikers and photographers. Spend afternoons browsing the boutiques and waterfront cafés of Salcombe (15.5 miles), also a sailing hub. You can also take river cruises and visit the historic castle in pretty Dartmouth (8 miles).
