We had a lovely week, thank you to Carole and her daughter Annabel for making us so welcome. The cottage is situated in a very quiet valley but with easy access to the coast and moorland. It is comfortable and well-equipped, Carole is on hand if you need anything but the cottage faces away from the main house and is very private. A fantastic place to stay with access to good roads (not too narrow) south the Kingsbridge, north to Dartmoor and east to Totnes and Dartmouth. The garden and field behind were fantastic for our dog to have a run around in. The cottage was warm and welcoming and Carol and her daughter were great hosts. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The cottage was one of the best which we have stayed in. It was midway between the coast and Dartmoor but had facilites such as cafes, hostelries and other places to eat nearby. The BP Station about a mile away had a well stocked Spar shop useful for newspapers, milk and other provisions

We had a lovely break in the Barn Studio. We were very warmly welcomed by Carole who made sure we had everything we needed. Our whippet and lurcher very much enjoyed having a zoom in the adjacent field. Peaceful and secure garden. We look forward to returning in the future.

Such a lovely little cottage and so peaceful. Great for our 2 dogs as it had an enclosed garden which had access to a field. The owner Carol is such a lovely lady and on hand for any help if needed. We stayed for a week with our friends renting the other property. We'd stay here again and would 100% suggest it to our friends and family.
