The accommodation is set the countryside you can see from the decking and overlooks the river Torridge, and because its tidal River you can see different birds on the mid flats when the tide is out.

Cottage is excellent and fully as described. Be aware that it is situated on, to me, a typical v narrow Devon lane. But, to be fair, in practice this did not cause us any difficulties. It is well placed for easy on bike access to the Tarka Trail.

Our stay here was wonderful. Lovely spot, peaceful and tranquil. Short easy walk down to the river, (slightly tougher challenge coming back up!). 15-20 drive to the local towns which was perfect for day trips, or just relax at the cottage with farm animals and wildlife

Its a working farm with over 1000 ewes so bear that in mind. Its a great location in the peace and quiet of the countryside. Excellent views from the very comfortable living room or outside on the decking. Instow is a quiet beach location at high tide. Nice pub in the village for Sunday lunch but book it. Hockings ice cream is a must in Bideford anRead mored fish and chips at Squires in Braunton is worth the trip but book it. Its just lovely. Hide

Cottage has lovely views, it was well equipped, clean and spacious. We loved it and would happily go again! It is accessed through some narrow lanes, so be prepared for some reversing if you meet another vehicle coming the other way!
