Approaching the exposed brickwork of the exterior of the property and entering through the large wooden door, guests will be welcomed by a warm and welcoming lounge with wood burner and plush furnishings, simply made for falling asleep in front of the fire. The kitchen/dining area is fully-equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs, guests will find two bedrooms, one king-size and one twin. Both bedrooms have access to their own en-suite shower room with WC. Outside, there is a BBQ and garden furniture so if the sun is shining, take advantage and sit in the sun with a family meal.
Just 6 miles south east of the property is Paignton Zoo, a popular day out for families with shows and exhibitions featuring rhinos, giraffes and meercats among many more! 6.5 miles east of Torquay is the village of Cockington and its charming country park. With thatched-roof cottages, formal gardens and woodlands that can be explored, this is a chance to take some postcard-worthy pictures in a unique part of Devonshire.
