If you’re looking for an apartment with far-reaching views over the Brixham coast, you’ve found it. From the sunny private patio here, you’ll enjoy breathing in the fresh sea air and watching over the bay, perhaps with your morning coffee or an al fresco lunch. You can take a leisurely stroll to the harbour (less than 1 mile) and make the most of the town’s delectable eateries too, with menus offering the freshest fish caught locally every day.

The two bedrooms make this apartment a great family or group retreat, although please note that it isn’t suitable for children under 8, due to the patio’s low balustrade. The apartment boasts its own entrance, giving your party plenty of privacy during your stay. Relax in front of the open fire and stone feature fireplace in the open-plan lounge/kitchen, where you can look out on the bay below through sliding glass doors, from the comfort of the cosy sofa.

Adjacent to the apartment you’ll find the parks and open spaces of Furzeham Green - a great spot for a picnic or to let the dogs explore. The coastal path runs through Brixham; from here, walk via Fishcombe Cove to Elberry (2 miles), where you can enjoy an ice cream or a classic fish and chip supper. For a day trip, board a boat from Brixham Harbour to Torquay (9.5 miles by road), or drive to the nearby Paignton Zoo (5.3 miles) which is great for families.

  • 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin
  • Sleeps 2+2
  • 1 shower room and WC
  • Electric oven, halogen hob, built-in microwave, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine
  • TV and DVD player
  • Patio with garden furniture (garden furniture available seasonal time)
  • Sea views
  • Not suitable for children under 8 years of age due to low balustrade
  • For those looking for more space, the apartment above Four Seas, a 1-bed property, can be rented in addition to Four Decks, the apartment below
  • Brixham is a busy fishing village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.
  • Many of the amenities and cottages in Brixham are accessed via steps some of which can be steep.
  • There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Brixham do not have private parking. However, alternative parking is available in local car parks.
  • Arrival: 16:00 onwards
  • Departure: before 10:00
  • 2 dogs allowed. Additional charges may apply

Lovely cottage with fabulous views of the harbour & sea from the lounge & main bedroom. Nice big balcony which is a plus. Great location to walk to the harbour & shops. Very nice apartment with amazing views over the harbour. We stayed over New Year and the weather was very cold and we could have done with an extra heater as it has storage heaters only. In summer this would not be a problem though. We managed to park down the road , near to Battery gardens which was fine during our stay as only a five minute walk Read moreaway. Also only about 10 minutes walk down to the harbour and town so a great location. Hide

Fine for summer, not recommended for Winter! This property cannot just be about the view! Underwhelmed by 4 Decks, there was nothing that welcomed you. Not even a bauble in December! Very comfortable house. Amazing views. Although parking is limited outside the property we had no problem parking everyday. We walked into Brixham a couple of times, lots of steps though but very pleasant. Would definitely stay again

Good holiday let for views over the Harbour, comfortable beds, well stocked for pots and all kitchen utensils, close to the park if you have a dog. Sited in upper Brixham, so a slight hill or steps back home. Overall a good Holiday let, also close to Battery Gardens and Museum.

The view from the lounge, deck and bedroom are amazing, clear view of Brixham bay. The house is very clean and modern looking. There are steps down to the house from the pavement.
