Breathe in the fresh sea air and enjoy views over Brixham’s breakwater at this split-level apartment, where on a clear day you can see even as far as Lyme Bay. Here you’re less than half a mile from the town’s famous harbour, where you can board a tour boat to explore the whole of Torbay - and perhaps even spot a wild dolphin or two!

The apartment makes for a fantastic couples' getaway, with a spacious second-floor double bedroom that’s accessed via cottage-style steep stairs. But it’s the stunning first-floor lounge/diner where you’re sure to spend your time (that is, when you’re not out exploring), with the homely, nautical decor dominated by the breathtaking sights over Torbay. There’s even a cosy window seat to make the most of the view - the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee with a good book.

Walk out along the impressive 0.5-mile-long breakwater and enjoy the views back towards the town. At the foot of the breakwater, stop to relax on the town’s main beach. Here you’ll find a cosy bistro for a quiet bite to eat, or perhaps a leisurely lunch. For a smaller, more secluded beach spot, head to St Mary’s Bay (2 miles) or Fishcombe Cove (0.5 miles) - both great spots for a paddle in the surprisingly warm waters or to relax on the sandy beach.

  • 1 double bedroom, located on the second floor
  • Shower room with shower and WC, located on the first floor
  • TV and DVD, plus additional TV in the bedroom
  • Wi-Fi included
  • Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine

  • Four Decks the apartment below, and Four Seas the apartment above can be rented together to accommodate larger groups
  • Beach, shops, and pubs all within walking distance

The apartment felt grubby. The toilet needs attention. There was only 2 towels per person for a week with no spare so we had to buy some. The bed was comfy and the sheets were good quality. It could do with a shower mat as when you step out of the shower you step onto carpet which we had to put the hand towel down because we were worried about the Read morecarpet. We cannot recommend this apartment enough. The view was absolutely incredible from the lounge and bedroom! It was in a great location only 10 min walk into the harbour. The apartment was spacious and very clean with everything you need. We cannot wait to come back again!

Absolutely loved the apartment and Brixham itself. As everyone else has said, just the most amazing views from the living room window - our dog spent his whole time in the window seat watching the birds. Many great friendly pubs in Brixham. We particularly liked the Crown and Anchor for its local feel. Hide

The location and the view from this apartment are both fabulous. Its located in a quiet residential road in a really attractive part of town. Parking is on-street but we had no problems parking very nearby, despite it being the half-term holidays. Its a steep walk down to the harbour through some lovely, interesting streets. A excellent apartment to take in the panoramic views. Very steep steps to the bedroom take a little getting used to but worth it. A great lounge and kitchen but a small toilet with snug door. It was a lovely property with a stunning view of the harbour. Hours coukd br spent on the window seat watching the world go by. Saw a couple of seals in the harbour! A nice touch for the owners to leave binoculars for guests to use. Ideal location for walking into the town and the South West path. Would definitely stay here again.
