After a day exploring the delights of the surrounding coastline, grab all the local goodies you’ve collected and climb to the first floor to be welcomed into an open-plan kitchen/living/dining room where you can whip up a hearty meal and enjoy a romantic dinner beside the large picture window framing the stunning seaside view. As the evening draws in, relax on the comfortable sofa and pop on the SMART TV or simply admire the sunset over the Bristol Channel. When bedtime calls, you won’t be able to resist the peaceful charm of the double recliner bedroom; why not have a soak in the luxurious bath in the stylish bathroom before bed? Catch the last of the day’s sun on the superb balcony, perfect for al fresco dining whilst watching the waves crashing against the rocks in the distance.

The Victorian seaside town of Ilfracombe boasts a historic harbour, with Damien Hirst’s statue, Verity, standing guard at the entrance, plus plenty of independent cafes, shops and ice cream parlours to explore. Hop aboard a boat trip from the harbour half a mile away to spot seals, dolphins and porpoises against panoramic views across the bay. Also from the harbour, take a day trip over to Lundy Island on a steamer to explore the unique island renowned for its puffins. Keen walkers or cyclists can join up with the South West Coast Path from the headland to be rewarded with dramatic clifftop scenery and views out to sea.

We loved staying in Tides Reach apartment. It was a hot week but we could open the balcony door and enjoy a lovely breeze and listening to the sea.

An unequivocal 5* review - 2 adults & a dog in December for 5 days. The view was magnificent - worth the price of entry alone. The flat was warm & cosy & a welcome place to return to after all the December weather that Ilfracombe could throw at us. The town itself was very friendly & most places welcomed dogs - even though it was December many pubsRead more, shops, cafes & restaurants were open for business. Located in the heart of Ifracombe, this property was ideal for us. It was so easy to stroll into town, and having close access to the South West Coastal Path was brilliant . The apartment was lovely, and the sea views stunning. It was also fantastic to have easy access to nearby beaches like Croyde & Woolercombe..

This apartment was very clean and well maintained. It was nice to have plenty of complimentary items for use on arrival. All appliances were there for our use. Nicely situated for buses. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

A great property. beautiful location with great views. The property was very well appointed and had everything required for a lovely holiday. Lovely apartment with a fantastic view and brilliance location. Only thing that let it down was the table and chairs on the balcony looking like they hadnt been cleaned in months so wasnt able to sit out on what was one of the hottest weeks of the year

Very nice flat in quite a run down building - so don't be put off. The location is outstanding. I stayed for a week without needing to use my car once. Parking is fine as long as you know how to manoeuvre. My Range Rover slotted in nicely.

Excellent location: easy walk into harbour area and amazing views over the channel and to South Wales Well appointed Relaxing Bathroom a little tired especially around windows/window sills Handy having parking space opposite. We parked a Hyundai Tucson. A little tight if space next to reserved space is occupied

The apartment is so near to the sea the scenic view is worth the stay on its own. The kitchen is fitted out with every modern appliance as is the rest of the apartment. We had a very restful and enjoyable stay.

Lovely comfortable flat, not too many stairs for us old'uns. Well equipped, couldn't be any closer to the sea, Parking was good for our Honda Jazz but could be tight for larger vehicles.
