To one side is a seating area with armchairs and a wood burner so you can keep warm on chilly nights, and the practical kitchen area has everything you need for creating basic meals and preparing picnics for your days out exploring. Finishing up the inside is a shower room. Outside, the welcoming deck area has garden furniture and overlooks the surround farmland and valley. Parking is provided on the road outside.
Head off on foot from the doorstep and find many walking routes that wind through the countryside and down towards the coast. Visit the superb, golden shorelines of South Milton Sands and Thurlestone Sands (2 miles) and enjoy sunbathing and rock pooling. The water here is also great for surfing. Take a long stroll along the spectacular South West Coast Path and admire the views and resident wildlife. Grab a bite to eat or enjoy perusing the shops in the picturesque town of Salcombe, 5 miles away.
