Ideally located in the heart of Devon at Woolley Animals, this refurbished cottage offers a great base from which to explore the area. Enjoy the animals on site, walk with the Alpacas or see the goats, sheep, lambs (seasonal) and chickens or wander down to the lakes and enjoy a picnic. There is much to see and do in the area with lots of golden sandy beaches at Westward Ho! Saunton and Woolacombe. Family attractions will delight the younger ones with The Big Sheep and Milky Way adventure parks. Other attractions include RHS Rosemoor, or the Tarka Trail where you can walk, hire bikes and cycle, traffic free.
This cottage offers a lounge/diner with wood burner, exposed beams and comfy seating, relax and watch your favourite programmes on the Smart TV/DVD. The kitchen is well fitted and equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. A shared washing machine can be found in the outbuilding just outside your front door. Moving upstairs there are two bedrooms, one king size and one twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a king size on request). The bathroom completes the accommodation and offers a bath, with shower over and WC.
Heading outside there is a private enclosed garden with seating and a separate secure shed where you can store cycles, top boxes and surfboards. You don't need to go far to find entertainment - there is a café on site. Alternatively, enjoy the benefit of free access to the farm park where you will enjoy time with a variety of animals including alpaca's.
