Bosuns Cottage is a super character fisherman's cottage situated in the heart of Torquay and offers a fantastic location being only a very short easy stroll to the harbour side, restaurants, marina, beach and town centre shops. Whilst being close to the centre of the town the cottage also benefits from a very pleasant tucked away location in a historic area of the town and offer guests privacy from the main hustle and bustle. The cottage is also close to the South West Coastal Path to explore the beautiful coastlines and scenery.
The owners have thoughtfully retained many of the original traditional features such as the beams and exposed stone walls so there is a great feeling of character within the property. The owners supply one car parking permit that allows guests the use of the local authority car parks in the area.
Kitchen/Dining area
Bosuns Cottage has a stylish and well equipped kitchen area which contains a electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is open plan to a spacious dining area with table, chairs and a bench, an original exposed stone wall and fireplace. From the kitchen, there is also a door leading out onto the rear courtyard garden which is a great spot for enjoying an evening BBQ.
Living
The open plan living accommodation is great for families and friends to relax in of an evening. In the living space, you can find comfortable seating and a Smart TV, DVD & Blue ray player. This spacious area has a cosy cottage feel with its exposed walls and nautical theme.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms are all located on the first floor and offer generous space to all guests. The Master bedroom contains a king sized bed with storage for all your holiday essentials. Bedroom 2 has a single bed which is great base for teenagers to relax in. Finally, in bedroom 3 you can find a set of bunk beds creating a great space for children.
Shower Room
Bosuns Cottage benefits from a shower room with a large walk in shower, WC and wash basin. This is again located on the first floor and provides easy access to the 3 bedrooms.
Outside Space
Towards the front of the property you can find a small front shrub garden. Located at the rear is a furnished courtyard garden which can be accessed from the kitchen. This is a great place to relax whilst reading the book and soaking up the sunshine.
Parking
A Parking permit covering all Torbay Pay and Display car parks is provided. This is a virtual permit which can be obtained from the owner. Please make contact with the owner 2 days prior to arrival supplying Car Registion number, make and model (owner details given prior to arrival). Permits for additional vehicles if required may also be obtained through the owner. You can unload outside the cottage before parking in the local car park.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
