It’s a wonderful place to watch the sunset from the dunes, with views of Lundy Island in the distance which is a wonderful place for a special day trip. Known as one of the best surfing beaches in England, the surfer's paradise of Croyde Bay is 2 miles away. At nearby Saunton Sands (6 miles), have a ball on the beach year-round with over 4 miles of sweeping shoreline to dash about upon.
