Take your four-legged friends and human family members on an adventure in an idyllic part of North Devon, with some of the best surf spots and sandy beaches around while being amongst the vibrant atmosphere of Croyde. After a busy day by the coast, head back to your cosy and homely cottage with elegant furnishings and a small garden. The open-plan layout creates a sociable and bright space to unwind in.

Step inside the property to find an open-plan living area which is light and neutral-toned. To one side of the room is the kitchen with pretty surface tops and a chic dining table in the centre of the space. Next to this is the lounge, with two comfortable sofas and a TV. There is also a family bathroom and two bedrooms – a twin and a double both with TVs. Outside is a small lawn and a patio surrounded by mature hedges with garden furniture for dining alfresco.

During your getaway, stroll to the seafront and discover the expansive beaches on your doorstep in the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – like Croyde Beach (0.5 miles), Saunton Sands (1.5 miles) and Putsborough Beach (1.5 miles). Wander into the centre of the village (0.5 miles) to find a lovely selection of eateries, surf shops and a cinema for a rainy day. If you’ve brought your hiking boots, take your canine companions on an adventure along the coastal path to National Trust Baggy Point (3 miles), where you can soak up panoramic views of the sea and coastline.

This was our first experience of a holiday cottage rental in 25 years. The kitchen had everything you could need and was nicely appointed. The property was really convenient for the beach and village. Good location for walking in the surrounding countyside.

Great location, easy walk to village and beach. Recommend the Thatch Inn for food . cottage had everything needed for our holiday. Well equipt and very clean.

My family and I (+1 dog) had a wonderful holiday in Croyde. The propertys location is fantastic. A short walk to Croyde Beach (dog restrictions apply), also a short walk into Croyde village to enjoy the local amenities. Saunton Beach is only a 5 minute drive from the cottage, a fantastic beach and very dog friendly. Likewise Woolacombe Beach is vRead moreery dog friendly too, a 15 minute drive. All the beaches are very beautiful. The cottage was great for our family , 2 adults, 2 children (11 and 13), it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was just the right size. I would certainly recommend the cottage as a holiday stay and the area is utterly beautiful and made for a very memorable family holiday. Thank you. Hide

Fantastic location. Great place to stay with dogs. Shame there wasn't an enclosed garden but our dogs were happy to chill indoors after long walks. Everything we needed was there.

We had a problem with the shower unit which wasn't ideal after the beach etc. It was repaired on the Monday but the problem reappeared by Wednesday and the unit was removed on Wednesday but NOT replaced until Friday afternoon!
