Three beautifully finished and inviting bedrooms can be found on the ground floor – two doubles (one with an en-suite) and a twin – as well as an en-suite king-size room on the second floor. The pretty village of Instow has everything you could need for a relaxing break and a gentle stroll along the Marine Parade will find a superb delicatessen and cafe and great choice of pubs and restaurants serving locally caught seafood. The wide sandy beach with its gentle tidal waters is ideal for families and during the summer, a variety of water sports can be enjoyed out in the bay and there’s a small (seasonal) foot ferry which you can take across to Appledore. The Tarka Trail can be joined almost from the doorstep for those who wish to walk or cycle the miles of pathways and many family attractions are nearby.
