This charming apartment provides the ideal base for a holiday exploring the beauty of Devon. With space for up to six guests, this welcoming accommodation enjoys a sought-after spot within the seaside resort of Woolacombe so you can surf, walk and cycle along the county’s golden coastline with ease. After your adventures, there is plenty of space to put your feet up and relax back at the apartment, whether inside or out in the shared BBQ area.

Take the stairs up to this first-floor apartment, one of eight in the building, and find a bright and spacious open-plan interior where your whole family are sure to feel right at home. Enjoy cooking in the kitchen and dine together at the four-seater table. Afterwards, make yourselves comfortable on one of the two sofas in the lounge area (one of which is a double sofa bed), and watch a movie on the TV. When night falls, unwind in one of the two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with twin beds as well as an extra single mattress. There is also a wet room with a WC and enclosed shower. When the sun is shining, head outside to the lovely shared outdoor area, which includes a patio with seating and a BBQ, plus an outdoor shower and secure locker which is ideal for keeping any surfboards, bikes and wetsuits safe.

Woolacombe is a stunning village with an award-winning beach, which is perfect for surfers of all levels. Take a walk along the stunning South West Coast Path to Ilfracombe or Braunton (both within 8 miles) or explore Exmoor National Park (13 miles) on a bike. If a day out with the family is on the cards, look no further than the nearby Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (12 miles), or Watermouth Castle and Theme Park (9 miles).

The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Close to everything in Woolacombe for easy access. Would recommend for a holiday.
