Croyde and Woolacombe beaches are just 7 miles away for a day of sun, sand and surf, or if you fancy a day of shopping, Barnstaple is 6 miles – the largest town in North Devon. Those seeking a fun family day out should head to Combe Martin (9 miles) and visit the dinosaur park, or just 14 miles away is Exmoor Zoo with nearly 200 species of animals, birds and reptiles.
