The living area has superb views over Woolacombe towards the award-winning beach, a modern woodburning stove for cooler evenings and comfy sofas to relax in after a busy day exploring North Devon. The well-equipped kitchen has modern white units, an electric oven and gas hob as well as a microwave, integrated fridge and slimline dishwasher. A fridge/freezer is in shed at the rear of the property and there is a storage, drying and utility area in garage (external access only) with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a wet room. The two pretty bedrooms share the use of the bathroom. Outside, at the back of the property there is a lovely decked patio with a lawn. Both the patio and the balcony have outside furniture and there is a gas barbecue for al-fresco dining on a balmy summer evening. Highfields is a short walk to Woolacombe Beach which lies between Morte Point and Baggy Point. This three-mile long stretch of golden sand is renowned for its cleanliness, water quality and facilities and has been voted the number 1 beach in the UK by Tripadvisor in 2015 & 2016.
