We really love the apartment however we do feel that the lack of parking i.e. you have to buy a ticket to park your car for the week and the two flights of stairs up to the apartment should be more of a prominent feature with the description of the apartment. The actual location was lovely. We had the door open all the time and could listen to the Read morewater and the wildlife which we really enjoyed. Hide

The main entrance into the Building, looks tired and would look better if repaired and painted, the lower hallway showing signs of water or damp ingress, and the first landing light not always working, it is hit and miss, but overall a lovely apartment.

Refund refused, other accommodation I had to arrange at a further 550. I would and will never book with these people again. There sister company is country cottages, are they as inadequate?

The 2 flights of steep stairs would need to be taken into consideration by anybody perhaps not a 100% fit. I would also strongly advise anyone to invest in a parking permit, available from the tourist information office,35 for a week or 20 for 4 days.

A wondered location for walkers as several spectacular river and coastal walks from the door. Great for visitors with dogs, close to the promenade for walks and meeting lots of other dogs.

The hot water/heating issue is my only issue, and would possibly make me think twice about booking it again. I would love to book it again, but would appreciate any comments about whether I missed something obvious, or not. Thank you. Eddie Markey (Room 3)

Cosy cottage with modern interior. Best location for a cottage to be in Lynmouth. Nothing beats the view from the balcony. Although quite small, it is sufficient for two people to stand or sit. You can overlook the harbour. This prime location comes with the downside of not having private parking. Getting a space at prime time is difficult in LynmoRead moreuth. The two flights of steps are not for the elderly or people with mobility issues. It is very nice, that a pet is welcome here. Hide
