This welcoming ground-floor apartment sits atop the hillside in Mortehoe, providing an idyllic escape with stunning coastal views. Just 1 mile away is Rockham Bay, a hidden beach with rock pools and sandy shores revealed at low tide. Alternatively, Woolacombe's 3-mile beach is only 2 miles away – perfect for swimming, sunbathing and building sandcastles. For a cultural day out, take the 14-mile drive to Barnstaple, North Devon's largest town with a bustling market, independent stores and family-friendly activities. Or, if you prefer something closer, Ilfracombe is only 6 miles away with its delicious cuisine and exciting attractions.

The views and location are outstanding and it would be hard to find somewhere with such an ideal position for the superb coastal walks nearby. Morte apartment is a very comfortable and spacious. I would definitely recommend it.

Great property and the views are stunning. Has all amenities, would benefit with a small grass patch outside for dog's nature calls. Care taker came in immediately to resolve TV not working
