Lovely apartment, plenty of space just wasnt expecting such a long walk but we found the harbour walk easier and used taxis back.

This is a comfortable apartment with lots of equipment. The owner adds some lovely touches - a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits plus some beautiful fresh flowers. Location is good - quiet area but, it is at the top of the hill and a 10 minute walk to the centre - going down is easy, coming back is more of a challenge. A very well located apartment for exploring North Devon. We love Ilfracombe and the view across the by was stunning. Well equipped apartment with easy access. We will definitely book Captains View in the future. A very enjoyable stay.

Ground floor 1 bed apartment, plenty of off road parking ,very tastefully decorated, and furnished bright and airey ,would definitely recommend ,fresh flowers a nice touch not forgetting a brilliant view of the harbour and sea

This is a beautiful apartment, perfect for couples. The cleanliness was of a very high standard and the property was equipped with everything anyone could possibly need. Apartment was just as pictured in website. Tough hill to get to from town but not as bad as it looks. Managed without much difficulty. Shower room some getting used to but had a powerful massage jet that was good. Bed very comfortable and living area worked well. Small kitchen but worked for us and we cooked each night of our stay. Lovely property with great facilities, including a washing machine and bath which were a godsend after walking long stretches of the spectacular Coast Path close by - plenty of long soaks to ease the aching muscles and a washer for fresh clothes daily - perfect!
