From the front windows of this stylish fully refurbished duplex apartment you can check out the surf on Woolacombe Bay and be on the beach within minutes. Inside this lovely coastal apartment, a ground-floor entrance has a long hallway with hand-built surfboard storage and stairs to the first floor. A spacious L-shaped lounge/diner is comfortably furnished in a contemporary style with windows to the front to take advantage of the breathtaking sea and coastal views. A French door leads onto the spacious, decked west-facing balcony so you can enjoy the sun over the sea until dusk so you can watch the waves rolling onto the shore during the day or view the spectacular sunsets over Lundy Island whilst relaxing in the evening. The well-equipped kitchen has all you will need for dining in and there is an informal breakfast/games area at the rear which provides an ideal retreat for the younger members of the family and includes a breakfast bar, TV, Playstation and other games. A utility area at the rear of the first floor leads out onto a fully enclosed partially covered roof patio, with an outdoor shower. With outdoor furniture, this is an ideal spot for al fresco dining with family and friends. Three attractive bedrooms are on the second floor each with their own TV, two of which offer great sea views. Two bathrooms on the second floor and a separate cloakroom with WC on the first floor completes the accommodation.

With great pubs, restaurants, shops and the spectacular beaches of Woolacombe Bay on the doorstep, this apartment is an ideal choice for visitors of all ages wishing to enjoy the friendly laid-back atmosphere of this wonderful location. After visiting Woolacombe for the last 10 years we thought we had already found our favourite place to stay, however after staying at Clevelands for the first time this July we might have to think again. The balcony is great for watching views, sunsets and the general hubbub in the village. Location is great. Surf board storage in the entrance and Read moreoutdoor shower is perfect. The apartment was immaculately clean and very comfortable to stay in. If you want total peace and quiet you may want to look on the outskirts a bit more but if you want easy access to shops, cafes and the beach this place is a top choice. Hide

Great location, Large spacious accommodation with everything you need. Very clean, outside spaced so useful especially if you have wetsuits, storage for surfboards. Basically didn't want to leave.

Again we have had an excellent stay at Clevelands. This apartment is roomy and comfortable with every amenity you could think of, the sea view is great and the decking is fun if you enjoy people watching!

This is honestly one of the best places I have stayed on the holiday cottages site. The location is second to none and having a parking space was a bonus. Sue was very precise with her directions and we found the apartment and parking space no problem. Also there were a few goodies to get us going when we arrived which was a bonus.

Clevelands is an amazingly spacious apartment with lovely outside spaces in the front and rear of the property situated right in the heart of Woolacombe perfect for the beach, the pubs and shops. I would thoroughly recommend this property, particularly for larger families or 2 families like ours as its large & bright with lots of space to accommodaRead morete 6 people. This is our 3rd stay in this apartment and will definitely return again as it has everything you need for a perfect stay and the owner is so lovely and very accommodating. The apartment is spotless and the best we have stayed in over many years of visiting Woolacombe, with a lovely touch of a welcome basket which seems to have become a thing of the past! A superb property. Large, bright and airy. Had all the equipment needed for a perfect stay. Right in the heart of Woolacombe, with everything, including the wonderful beach, in easy walking distance. Didn't use the car all week.

Just returned from a truly wonderful stay at Clevelands. Amazing apartment which had everything that we needed. Spotlessly clean and so much space. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we cannot wait to return. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous property with a great balcony if you like people watching and sea view. Situated in the heart of Woolacombe so perfect for pubs and shops, also a very short walk to the beach.

Clevelands is probably the cleanest holiday property we have ever stayed in and the most spacious. It has a great view of the sea and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset on several evenings. Perfectly located close to the beach and all amenities, with parking close by. The property is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was Read morea nice welcome pack to get us settled in but be sure to bring oil, condiments etc and extra loo rolls or be prepared to buy them, as these were not provided. Would thoroughly recommend this property, particularly for a larger party/family as it really has plenty of room. Hide

The property is in a fabulous location right in the heart of Woolacombe, within easy walking of all amenities and the beach. The property is very spacious and really well equipped with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms and showers are really good. I would most definitely book again. 5 star.
