A French door leads onto the spacious, decked west-facing balcony so you can enjoy the sun over the sea until dusk so you can watch the waves rolling onto the shore during the day or view the spectacular sunsets over Lundy Island whilst relaxing in the evening. The well-equipped kitchen has all you will need for dining in and there is an informal breakfast/games area at the rear which provides an ideal retreat for the younger members of the family and includes a breakfast bar, TV, Playstation and other games. A utility area at the rear of the first floor leads out onto a fully enclosed partially covered roof patio, with an outdoor shower. With outdoor furniture, this is an ideal spot for al fresco dining with family and friends. Three attractive bedrooms are on the second floor each with their own TV, two of which offer great sea views. Two bathrooms on the second floor and a separate cloakroom with WC on the first floor completes the accommodation.

The property is in a fabulous location right in the heart of Woolacombe, within easy walking of all amenities and the beach. The property is very spacious and really well equipped with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms and showers are really good. I would most definitely book again. 5 star.

Lovely comfortable accommodation within close proximity to the beach and amenities. It was also surprisingly quiet considering its location. A great holiday home with great views of the sea.

We have had a lovely family holiday in Clevelands again. The weather could have been kinder but we were comfortable and cosy. It is so well placed for everything, shops, bars and restaurants, the view is great and if you like people watching, it couldn't be beaten!

This is a brilliantly fitted out and located flat. You have a wonderful balcony and view. Everything you could want in the flat is there, including a good place to store surfboards as you enter the flat. The location is excellent in the middle of Woolacombe and close to everything. Best of all about 5 minutes walk to the beach. We've stayed severaRead morel times and will stay again whenever we can. Hide

This property is well situated within Woolacombe. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance but should you wish to eat in the property has a well equipped kitchen. If you didnt want to use the car to drive out, this property offers a good balcony to sit out and enjoy the sun and sea air of Woolacombe.

we wanted a relaxing week just to chill out and we got exactly that. The weather wasn't good but it didn't spoil our break because the apartment is just so comfortable and spotlessly clean that we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The views from the lounge are to die for and even though the weather was against us we still saw two amazing sunsets. The location of Clevelands is perfect for the beach and the village. There are a lot of stairs in the property so it may not be entirely suitable for toddlers or the elderly.

A really amazing property, perfectly situated for shops, restaurants and beach. Nicely decorated and furnished throughout. We made use of the balcony every day and enjoyed it.
