Enjoy wonderful coastal panoramic views, look no further than this fantastic, detached property. It combines attractive living accommodation with plenty of fabulous outdoor space and, with south-facing patios and a conservatory, guests will have plenty of options for making the most of the stunning views. These include beautiful views of the River Taw and the impressive dunes at Braunton Burrows - designated a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve - with the Atlantic Ocean just beyond.

The driveway leads up past the front garden to the house where you can leave your shoes, coats or flip-flops in the boot room which takes you through into the attractive, open-plan kitchen/diner. The stylish and well-equipped kitchen area is a good size, has a small breakfast bar and overlooks the rear garden. From the kitchen, you’ll find a useful utility. There is also a lovely, sunny conservatory as well as a triple-aspect living room with sofas set out in front of the smart TV and a door that leads out to the west patio. Doors from both the kitchen and the conservatory lead out to one of the patios with comfortable seating and there is also an additional west-facing patio and beautiful gardens with plenty of lawn as well as mature shrubs and borders. This is a fantastic place to fire up the BBQ and make the most of warmer temperatures. Upstairs there are four good-size, attractive bedrooms with the master king-size room having an en-suite bathroom and the second king with sea views. There are also two pretty twin rooms and a family shower room with large, walk-in shower.

For nights when you don’t fancy cooking, the popular pub and restaurant, The Williams Arms, is a great place to eat and is less than a mile away. The shops and cafes in Braunton are again only jst a mile away, and from the village, you can also access the Tarka Trail and enjoy miles of beautiful scenery on foot or by bike on level pathways on each side of the Taw Estuary. For beach lovers, the spectacular sandy beaches of Saunton or Croyde are 4 and 6.5 miles respectively. Alternatively, head off in the other direction to picturesque waterfront villages such as Appledore (15 miles) and Instow (10 miles) or the market town of Barnstaple with its shops, cafes, bars and pannier market, just 5 miles away.

Comfy beds, lovely main bathroom, lovely views, good kitchen, and spacious. Furniture a bit tired. Main bedroom en-suit musty and impossible to keep floor dry when showering.
