This delightful, detached bungalow with lovely distant sea views is set quietly amongst similar properties within easy reach of all the facilities of the seaside village of Westward Ho! Sleeping four guests, it’s perfect for a family or two couples. Northam Burrows Country Park and Nature Reserve with its impressive sand dunes, salt marshes and unique pebble ridge leading directly onto the beach is also just 1.5 miles away.

Enter the property into the porch and kick off your shoes. A good sized and very comfortable living/dining room offers views over the village and out towards the sea and has a Smart TV and a selection of books and games. The spacious double bedroom also boasts lovely views and a single bedroom at the rear has an additional comfortable single pull-out bed. This leads into a conservatory with additional comfortable seating, perfect for your morning brew or an evening tipple. There is a well-equipped kitchen offering all you will need for dining in, and the fully enclosed rear patio and garden is ideal for alfresco dining.

The bungalow is an ideal base whether you want a beach holiday or wish to explore this wonderful part of North Devon. Safe bathing, surfing, canoeing, kite surfing, golf and horse-riding are all on your doorstep in Westward Ho!, and walkers will love the nearby coast path which stretches for miles along the glorious North Devon shore. For cyclists and walkers, the Tarka Trail is close by, and if you need a day out with the kids, the Milky Way Adventure Park (11 miles) and the Big Sheep (4 miles) are easily accessible.

What a great place. Just me and my partner, but would would be great for a young family. Wish we brought our kids here when they were younger. 10/15 min walk to the beach so not too bad, but decent parking there if you wish to drive. Enjoyed the stay.

Lovely bungalow with everything that you need and more. Great location, walking distance to beach, shop, cafes and restaurants. Also, central to visit many of the tourist attractions nearby.

Lovely accommodation, the cleaning let it down the fridge freezer needs replacing doesn't work properly, also the garden really needs weeding

Summer Breeze was immaculately clean, very tastefully furnished and more than well equipped. Enclosed garden was perfect for the dog and lovely outdoor seating. The location is very quiet and is ideal for visiting North Devon. I recommend a visit to Tea on the Green for a cream tea, but do not eat beforehand. We had a brilliant week staying at Sea Breeze. We found the location to be perfect for us, it's within walking distance of the town but in a quiet location with a beautiful view. Lovely bungalow, tucked away off the Main Street. Easy to park with a side access gate too. Garden safe for dogs which was a big plus. Ten to fifteen mins walk max to both the seafront and a gorgeous country park with roaming horses and sheep which also leads to the stunning beach. We loved walking this every day.
