Nestled in the pleasant countryside of North Devon, this beautiful cottage sits on a 30 acre smallholding. Enjoy al fresco dining on the patio while soaking up the rural views. The local shops are 4 miles away in the charming village of Chulmleigh.

This delightful cottage is perfect for a small family, and immediately feels like home with plenty of charm and farmhouse touches. Cook up a storm in the kitchen which boasts exposed wooden beams and is well-equipped and beautifully decorated with contemporary colours, and a lovely wooden dining table. The lounge is cosy and provides the perfect setting to relax on those colder evenings, with a wood burner to keep you toasty and a film on the TV. The two bedrooms sleeping four people are light and airy, inviting you to get a good night of rest. There is a shower room for each bedroom and a utility room for convenience.

Chulmleigh has a selection of friendly pubs to enjoy a meal out in, as well as local shops. North Devon has plenty to offer; splendid beaches lie just 25 miles away, so you can spend a day out at the sandy shores of Saunton, Westward Ho!, Woolacombe or many others. Shopping opportunities are close by too, such as in Barnstaple or Bideford high street, both within 17 miles. For a treat day, why not head to one of the nearby amusement parks such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way.
