Go up five steps to the front door and inside to the lovely, light living/dining room. Relax on the funky sofa in front of the Smart TV or a good movie while your pup sleeps next to the wood burner. Enjoy romantic meals at the table for two, prepared in the cute kitchen downstairs, and at bedtime, head down to the floor below for a great night’s sleep in the king bed, with the shower room next door. Light the BBQ and dine al fresco, explore the 4-acre communal grounds, have a dip in the shared pool then relax in the hot tub outside on the veranda with stunning country views. Keen cyclists will be pleased that there’s secure bike storage too.
Grab the lead and head out for a walk on Beacon Hill nearby, explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park (5 miles away), home to stunning scenery and rich wildlife. Visit the quirky shops in Totnes (6 miles); known as an eccentric town it also has a fascinating history with a castle and historic buildings to explore. Visit the bustling seaside town of Torquay (10 miles) and nearby beaches, then stop off at one of the two pubs at Broadhempston (1 mile) for a hearty supper.
