It’s in an excellent location just 400 metres from a 3-mile-long sandy beach, with independent shops, traditional pubs and enticing restaurants the same distance away. You’ll find plenty to do locally – for a relaxing afternoon out, hire some paddleboards for some family fun on the local beach. With two bedrooms, this dwelling is ideal for families and couples up for a Devon holiday by the sea.

This second-floor holiday home is modern and stylish inside, with its contemporary kitchen and quality furniture. When the weather’s good, swing open the patio doors and let that salty air in. The open-plan living area has a designated dining area and sofas for relaxing together in the evenings. You’ll have two bedrooms to choose from – an elegant king-size and a second king-size that can be made into twins on request. The king bedroom boasts its own en-suite shower room and there’s a stylish family bathroom too completing the interior.

If you’re here for the walking, join the South West Coast Path (300 metres) and follow the sand dunes along to the rugged headland at Baggy Point (6 miles). Or pack a delicious picnic and jump in the car to Exmoor National Park (12 miles) for satisfying hikes covering moorland, woodland and coastland. The nearby harbour town of Ilfracombe (5 miles) is a gorgeous place to spend time, and you can also board a boat to the unspoilt Lundy Island, home to a fascinating array of wildlife amidst dramatic scenery.

A lovely apartment, well presented, clean and tidy and perfect location. Short walk to the shops, bars, food outlets and beach. Pool facilities good, although you do have to pre-book. Generally a lovely place.
