The holiday cottage is 1.5 miles from the North Devon coast, where you’ll find sandy beaches and mile upon mile of breathtaking coast paths. The property sleeps four guests and is ideal for couples and small families. As well as the beaches, you’ll also be within easy reach of some of the region’s most picturesque villages, including Clovelly (12 miles) and Appledore (3 miles). In the evenings, enjoy al fresco meals in your south-facing courtyard. Guests also have access to a shared games room during the summer months.

The single-storey property is decorated in a contemporary style, with luxurious furniture and accessories. Enter into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where you’ll find ample space for entertaining and a choice of seating areas. Gather at the breakfast bar to share snacks or enjoy formal mealtimes at the dining table. Two comfortable sofas provide the perfect place to unwind, warming your toes by the electric fire and catching up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. The property has two bedrooms – a super-king-size and a twin – both of which have en-suite facilities. Outside, a south-facing courtyard with a private hot tub awaits. Soak up the sunshine on the loungers or fire up the BBQ for an afternoon of al fresco dining.

Beautiful Westward Ho! has almost 2 miles of golden sand, meaning it’s easy to escape the crowds, even in the height of summer. Spend your days building sandcastles, eating ice creams, playing in the arcades, or dining in one of the excellent eateries. There are spectacular walks from the town, along the South West Coast Path, including an exhilarating hike to Clovelly. There are some great family attractions in the area, including The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure Park (both within 2.5 miles).

Property was beautiful and immaculately clean, all appliances were provided. Our only complaint would be the exterior of the propertyif only they applied the same standards it would be perfect. It was covered in weeds and not very clean, not a very pleasant place to sit! The cottages are quite isolated, so you have to drive everywhere.

The cottage was a wonderful base for a holiday and we would definitely book again. The accommodation was very comfortable for two couples each with their own ensuite.. Within easy reach of Westward ho! Both by car and walking down a coastal path.

Fantastic stay in beautiful accommodation! The owners seem to have thought of everything. The cottage was very spacious with 2 big bedrooms each with large ensuite bathrooms. The hot tub and garden furniture, coupled with the fantastic view meant we didn't want to leave! If going into Westward Ho! the road is quite steep and narrow also we found thRead moreat parking in the North Burrows country park was better value than the other car parks (7 per day or 21 for the week). We cant rate the cottage, the facilities and the location highly enough. We had a wonderful time in the cottage and the hot tub. We also thoroughly enjoyed the beach at Wedtward Ho! particularly the body boarding and we were impressed with the various places we ate in Westward Ho and in Appledore.
