As one of nine properties, you’ll have shared access to a heated pool, sauna and Jacuzzi, as well as pool and table tennis in the games room, and 18 acres of gardens and paddocks.

As you enter the cosy cottage, you’ll find two delightful bedrooms on the ground floor. There is a double bedroom and a twin, both with en-suite facilities. Heading upstairs, discover the lounge/diner. This open-plan space is warm and inviting, with exposed beams and a plump sofa to relax on at the end of the day. Enjoy movie nights around the TV/DVD and memorable mealtimes at the dining table. Sip a morning coffee on the bench outside the property or take a gentle stroll around the beautiful grounds. You’ll have access to a whole host of shared facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, children’s play area, and games room.

The quaint villages of Lynton and Lynmouth make a great day out. Wander amongst the fishermen’s cottages in Lynmouth, dine in the pretty harbour or stroll along the shingle beach. After lunch, hop on the scenic cliff railway to visit the cute boutique and galleries in Lynton, followed by a windswept coastal walk at the Valley of the Rocks. When we arrived we were blown away by the setting and the views just so beautiful. The cottage had everything we needed including a dishwasher, full size fridge freezer and washing machine. Beds were super comfy and great to have en-suites off each of the bedrooms. Lounge area upstairs had a comfy sofa and chairs and a large table and chairs for meRead moreals. The indoor pool was large and the jacuzzi and sauna an added bonus. Boys loved the pool and one hates cold water so that shows it wasnt cold. The outside space was beautiful the large swing was a hit as both boys could go on together. Lovely to sit out there and hear nothing but birds, the occasional tractor but very little traffic. My grandson who is 3 was upset when we left he loved it so much. I would definitely return. Hide

This has been the first week away both my partner and I have had for a very long time. When parking we were met were stunning views and in a lovely, scenic and quiet location. The cottage itself was incredibly cosy and had everything we needed for the week to make the stay the much more relaxing. The other areas of the property are great for anRead morey dog owner, with very scenic walks available on the property grounds. The pool/ hot tub facilities are kept very clean and open for a good range of time throughout the week. The location itself is located very central to a lot of local places to visit such as: Woolacoombe Beach, Ilfracombe and The Wildlife and Dinosaur Park to name a few within a 15 minute drive, without also listing the number of places to go out to eat (local recommendations are very helpfully listed in the visitors booklet in the cottages). Overall an incredibly enjoyable stay and somewhere I wouldnt hesitate to book again in the future! Hide

Great cottage which was well equipped in quiet location. Excellent indoor swimming pool which was really enjoyed by our family. The cottage was slightly more remote than we were expecting but not too far from a main road. Internet access very patchy in our cottage. Supermarket about 15 minutes away.
