Your open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with its exposed stonework and many windows, is also here. Gather in this welcoming space to cook, dine and watch TV together. Open the doors in here on to the deck on sunny days, so everyone can wander outside. There is also a patio, where you can light the BBQ to grill the fresh seafood you have bought. Follow the steps up to the lawned garden to watch the children and pets play outside. Please supervise them at all times when out here. There is no parking at the property but guests will be given one permit for the village car park, 150 metres away.
Relax on the picturesque beach at Beer or head into Seaton, 1.5 miles away, or Sidmouth, 8 miles away, for a livelier, traditional seaside experience and to stroll along the promenade. Keen walkers might like to set out along the South West Coast Path with their four-legged friend or make a day trip into the magnificent Blackdown Hills, 10 miles away, with their many footpaths and walking routes.
