Enjoy a family break at this inviting apartment at the centre of delightful Beer. Sleeping four guests, and also welcoming canine companions, the two-bedroom property comes with an enclosed, lawned garden and a sunny deck where you can relax together before and after your trips out. From here, you can amble down to the beach, just 300 metres away, or plan trips out into the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty or along the Jurassic Coast.

Open the door to the holiday property to find you have a king-size bedroom and en-suite shower room at ground-floor level. Climb the stairs up to the first floor, where there is space to leave coats and shoes, as well as a double bedroom and family bathroom. Your open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with its exposed stonework and many windows, is also here. Gather in this welcoming space to cook, dine and watch TV together. Open the doors in here on to the deck on sunny days, so everyone can wander outside. There is also a patio, where you can light the BBQ to grill the fresh seafood you have bought. Follow the steps up to the lawned garden to watch the children and pets play outside. Please supervise them at all times when out here. There is no parking at the property but guests will be given one permit for the village car park, 150 metres away.

Relax on the picturesque beach at Beer or head into Seaton, 1.5 miles away, or Sidmouth, 8 miles away, for a livelier, traditional seaside experience and to stroll along the promenade. Keen walkers might like to set out along the South West Coast Path with their four-legged friend or make a day trip into the magnificent Blackdown Hills, 10 miles away, with their many footpaths and walking routes.

This is a well appointed beautifully decorated property. it's perfectly situated and the parking is extremely easy. I would definitely recommend.

Property in excellent location , there is no parking at the property you can unload your car and then move it to the car park which is a couple of minutes walk away and a permit is given for the length of your stay , we didnt find it a problem. Beer is a lovey quaint place with plenty of places to eat and drink , its has a lovely deli and bakery a Read moresmall store , a couple of dress shops and lovely gift shops .The beach is pebbles with beach huts you could rent for around 20 a day or 85 a week or just hire deck chairs for 2 . Also a fish shed at the beach selling the catch of the day you couldnt get fish any fresher it was lovely . Beer is definitely a lovey place and would definitely recommend a visit . Seabreeze cottage is a lovely place to stay our only issue was working the tv we got there in the end but never did manage to get rid of the subtitles !! Hide

The property could have been cleaner. Some cobwebs and dusty shelves. The outdoor furniture hadn't been cleaned and the garden (grassed area) was in very poor condition. It wasn't somewhere you would want to spend any time, certainly not like the photos on the website. We could have done with a hand towel in the kitchen and a spare tea towel aRead morend we ran out of toilet roll. The rail across the top of the blind in the downstairs bedroom fell down in the middle of the night which was a bit of a shock and the toilet roll holder in the bathroom was loose. Some attention to maintenance issues is required. Hide
