Description

This is the first time the property has been let for holidays, the owners have completely re-decorated, carpeted and furnished it therefore everything is of good quality, the beds are extremely comfortable, the sitting room is relaxing and the new stylish shower room is superb having a large shower cubicle. Situated in the centre of Beer you are close to all the amenities you don't have to drive anywhere unless you wish to discover the surrounding area.

Location:  In the heart of Beer, just a couple of minutes walk to the sea front.

Accommodation: 
Entrance to hall and stairs leading to small landing with
Bedroom:  with a single bed and truckle bed, fitted wardrobe and oak leaning mini dressing table, ornamental fireplace.
Living/dining/kitchen: with two large windows, this area is lovely and light.  Two seater sofa, two chairs, TV, coffee table, ornamental fireplace.  The dining table and chairs sit in the large bay window overlooking the main street -  enjoy people watching!
Kitchen:  with electric hob/oven, fridge with ice box, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, washer/dryer.
Bedroom:  King size bed, fitted wardrobe and oak leaning mini dressing table.
Shower room: large walk in shower, WC and wash basin, heated towel rail.

Facilities: Dimplex heaters throughout.

Linen and towels are not provided but can be hired from us.

Please note this property does not accept children.
