This newly built house is on the site of an original storage facility for the former market garden at the main house on-site, also available to book. With views across farmland, the property has a warm and cosy feel, making it the perfect base for a couple’s break to the beautiful North Devon coast.

Inside, the barn has been stylishly decorated and furnished throughout, benefiting from oak and tile flooring, underfloor heating and exposed beams. Step from the private driveway, through stable doors, and into the spacious entrance hall, leading into the open-plan kitchen/dining area with a fully fitted kitchen, and a TV. Thoughtful design means there is plenty of space for preparing meals on the granite work surfaces to enjoy around the dining table or alfresco. The super-king-size bedroom with an additional day bed and a Smart TV is on the ground floor, as is a wet room with a Croyde-themed shower – handy for those who are less mobile on stairs. A stylish oak staircase leads from the kitchen/dining area up to the living room above. Countryside views and sea glimpses can be enjoyed from the comfy seating within or by opening the full-width, bi-fold doors and stepping out onto the south-facing patio – the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. There is a separate enclosed patio with steps down to the front of the barn/driveway.

Situated in a peaceful countryside location between Croyde and Georgeham, this beautiful barn is close to many of North Devon’s most popular attractions. The beach at Croyde (1.5 miles) is world-renowned for its waves and also boasts a range of pubs and cafes, while Saunton (2.5 miles) and Woolacombe (4 miles) are also close by for days out on the coast. The large village of Braunton (4 miles) has a wider range of facilities including bars, restaurants and supermarkets.  Monday changeover's only

A lovely well appointed spacious apartment albeit a little way out of the main village. We were very impressed with the decor and facilities provided. Just a 10 minute walk to the Manor House Inn for good food and drinks. We visited in April when the weather was not good but the quality of the accommodation made up for the miserable weather.

Property is very modern, comfortable and the owners have thought of everything. Great location as there are 4 beaches within easy access, walking distance to Croyde Bay and local pubs that do great food.

We absolutely loved our little barn for the weekend. It was beautifully finished, with all the amenities we needed, and the bed was absolutely huge!

We loved the way the barn had been converted and we were very impressed with the design and finish of the interior. A beautiful property throughout. The road into the town a little busy and narrow in places so would recommend future visitors wear something visible when walking. Some noise from passing cars could be heard inside the barn, but not Read moreunbearable. The foodie gifts were a nice touch- a pint of milk would be useful. .Also a mention that the coffee machine uses Nespresso pods in your kitchen inventory on the website, and a description of the length and available width of the driveway would help. FYI the toilet seat very difficult to use safely and comfortably as its not designed to fit on that particular WC. These are all small points we would like to bring to your attention. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Barn and would certainly choose to stay there again. Thank you Hide
