This spacious holiday home with the benefit of the annexe area and large enclosed garden offers plenty of room. It’s perfect for friends or family to enjoy a wonderful seaside holiday close to Croyde beach (0.5 miles) and everything in the village, ideal for enjoying the North Devon coast.

The main bungalow and annex which are connected internally gives flexibility and both have stunning interiors with contemporary styling and high-end fittings. Store your coats and boots in the porch and head through to the living room of the main house, light the wood burner on chilly evenings, snuggle up and watch TV. The impressive open-plan kitchen/dining room has a large island and a dining table next to the bi-fold doors out to the deck. There are three bedrooms on this floor: a beautiful super-king room with an en-suite shower room and patio doors, a lovely double room, and a third kids’ bunk room, as well as the main bathroom with a large walk-in shower and freestanding bath. An interconnecting door in the lounge connects to the annex where the king-size bedroom is upstairs and downstairs is the open-plan kitchenette/lounge with a breakfast bar, dining table for two and a lounge area with a sofa and TV, and the shower room. Patio doors from the lounge lead to a small, enclosed garden with seating, and there’s access to the main garden.

Croyde is a picture-perfect village, with quaint thatched cottages, ice cream parlours, pubs, and restaurants (from 0.5 miles away), and a stunning sandy beach (0.5 miles) ideal for surfing and lazing in the sun. Walk to the dramatic headland at Baggy Point (3 miles), play a round at Saunton Golf Club’s (3 miles) links courses on Braunton Burrows sand dunes.  Woolacombe with its five miles of golden sands is within driving distance.

Great location accessible for the village and beach. Lovely property with high class equipment, we were blessed with good weather and the whole family thoroughly enjoyed the break.

Wonderful property in a great location. It was ideal for our family reunion and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The large kitchen/ dining area and outside space in particular was a hit with everyone. We will be back!
