With its own front door accessed from the path that winds around the rear of Horizon View, this private apartment feels very much like a beachfront house.  On entering the apartment there is space for coats and boots and a useful separate WC and storage cupboard. Along the hallway will take you into the living room, the wide expanse of patio windows gives a light, bright and welcoming feel and your first breathtaking glimpse of those phenomenal sea views. Step out onto the spacious private balcony where at high tide you are almost at the waters edge; enjoy your morning coffee or evening sundowner and marvel at the spectacular sunsets and skilled surfers.  If you can tear yourself away from the balcony views the lounge has a large flat screen TV, comfortable seating and 2 reclining chairs, perfect for watching the surf with a glass of wine during the cooler months.  The open plan dining area and modern, fully equipped kitchen is just off the living area, so you benefit from sea views whilst cooking and dining too!  Stairs lead up to the spacious stylish master bedroom with Superking size bed, ensuite shower room and private sea view balcony. There is plenty of wardrobe space and a useful ottoman for extra storage. The twin bedroom with TV is located at the back of the apartment and is served by the pristine family bathroom.  The washer/dryer is housed in the utility cupboard on the landing. 

Westward Ho! is a resort for all seasons, with a good choice of pubs, restaurants and shops, close proximity to the coastal path and Northam Burrows Country Park, home of the Royal North Devon Golf Club. If you would like a change of scene, there is so much to explore within easy driving distance, pretty coastal villages, incredible landscapes of The Hartland Peninsular and a great choice of family attractions such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way, Wakepark & Aquapark and Dartington Crystal.  Just a 40 minute drive down the coast with take you to the Cornish seaside town of Bude.
