In one of the best locations in Woolacombe, directly opposite the renowned Barricane Beach, this extremely spacious apartment enjoys wonderful sea views and provides excellent facilities for the family. Stylishly presented, the light and bright living area features full width windows to take advantage of the vista.

This incredibly roomy apartment is a perfect base from which to explore this dramatic coastline. Enter via a rear entrance from the parking area to the third floor and a useful lift down to the ground floor, or use the front entrance which is directly off the Esplanade. This exceptional space has been cleverly designed to incorporate comfortable seating areas, a children's play area, dining area, modern fitted kitchen and quiet reading area. Head through the hall to the open-plan living/kitchen/dining area; you will find the children's play area, a Smart TV , internet radio (with pairing capability) and a Nintendo Wii games console with a variety of games. You have lots of room to work with in the kitchen, making mealtimes a cinch, and the dining table with sea views easily accommodates all guests. There are three spacious bedrooms, two of which have en-suite shower rooms in addition to the family bathroom. The first bedroom is a king-size en-suite with a Smart TV/DVD, the second is a twin and the third is a zip-and-link twin which can be made into a super-king-size upon request. A large shared front terrace incorporates a private area, just for you. The terrace enjoys magnificent sea views and provides direct access to the esplanade. There is an outside secure storage facility for surfboards and beach equipment. With everything you could need right on the doorstep, this apartment is ideal for a fabulous family holiday.

You’ll be located only a short stroll from the sandy beach, shops, pubs and restaurants (all within 0.5 miles, although Barricane Beach is a lot closer). If you like to surf, you’re in luck as you’ll be located in the heart of the North Devon World Surfing Reserve which comprises the beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde (5 miles), Saunton (7.5 miles), and Lynmouth (21 miles). Even if you don’t want to get into the water, these destinations are great for a coastal walk or a mooch around some shops. Speaking of shopping, the pretty village of Braunton and the market town of Barnstaple are only 7 miles and 14.5 miles away respectively.

Fantastic flat with lots of room for us all - 5 adults.Comfortable and we'll equipped. Spectacular views. Best accomdation we've stayed in in Woolacombe in all the years we've been visiting.

Absolutely love staying at 1,Devon Beach Court. Beautifully decorated with lots of space & comfy beds. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen with quality, easy to clean equipment. The laminate flooring & leather seating ensure a fresh & clean environment which can otherwise be difficult to maintain with sandy toes. Property was not ready when we arrived at 16:30 - dirty bed linen and towels on floor, unmade beds and not cleaned. Phoned housekeeper who had no knowledge of our booking and advised neither had owner who had only left at 15:00 - she was very apologetic and said she would get cleaners to come asap. Phoned Mardsens who kept me on hold for about 5 miRead morens then told me they had no idea what had happened. I explained what the housekeeper had said but nothing other than Im sorry. I asked for an email explaining what had happened to be sent in a few days but still havent heard anything. Cleaning team were great and came about 18:30 to collect dirty laundry and made beds and said would come back to do clean following day at midday which they did. They were very apologetic and lovely people. Also the designated car space had a car in it so had to knock on all apartments to get it moved - owner of car was another residents daughter who said they always park there. Overall a very poor start to our holiday. Still waiting for email from Marsdens to explain what had happened - what if wed arrived later at night? Hide

Ideal for an extended family holiday, 3 large bedrooms, large open plan living/dining room. Beach across the road with an amazing view to start each day and watch the sun set at night.

Beautiful spacious and well equipped flat in a superb location overlooking the beach. Only a 5 minute walk into Woolacombe and literally opposite Barricane Beach where we swam every morning come rain or shine!! Best part of all for us was the large veranda with its beautiful views. This was our 2nd stay at the property and unlikely to be our last .Read more..the perfect place to spend a week with my family to celebrate my 60th birthday!! Hide
