The open plan living space with pristine kitchen area offers sea and country views.  It is furnished in a fresh contemporary style offering a comfortable and cosy area ideal for dining with family and friends, relaxing or chilling out in front of the large wifi-enabled smart TV.  Two delightful bedrooms overlook gardens at the rear and a newly fitted bathroom with walk-in shower completes the internal accommodation. There are plenty of awe inspiring coastal and countryside footpaths, cycle tracks and dog walks on the doorstep.  With secure parking and visitors spaces there is no excuse not to take advantage of all that this Area of Outstanding Beauty has to offer. If you choose to go further afield the Exmoor National Park is within in easy driving distance and the picturesque harbour town of Ilfracombe less than 6 miles away.

Luxury apartment in the most beautiful location.

This is a quaint property overlooking the town. It is clean and tidy, but we did find storage an issue. No drawers provided in the master, and only the bedside table in the twin. Two small cupboards in the kitchen and a small fridge with ice box. The furniture was comfortable and ample for the three of us. The beds were comfortable and nice clean linen provided. The bathroom is small but the equipment was quality and the shower lovely. The views over the town were nice to watch the world go by, and nice to have the distant sea views to know if the tide was in or out. Small area to the rear of the property for your pets to be let out in the mornings, evenings, but they need to be accompanied as is shared by multiple properties. Nice to have a garage that we can store the paddle boards in, but be aware that the approach to the parking space is VERY uneven and if you have any low body work on your vehicle, this is not the car park for you. The parking space is very tight and if your neighbour or you have a big vehicle, you will struggle.
