From the front windows of this stylish fully refurbished duplex apartment you can check out the surf on Woolacombe Bay and be on the beach within just a few minutes walk. Situated in the heart of the village, this high quality apartment has all the amenities of this award winning beach resort on the doorstep including friendly pubs, quality restaurants, delightful tea rooms and a choice of individual shops.  A ground floor entrance has a long hallway with hand built surf board storage and stairs to the first floor. A spacious L-shaped living/ dining room is comfortably furnished in a contemporary style with windows to the front to take advantage of the breathtaking sea and coastal views. A French window leads onto the spacious decked balcony which is West facing out to sea and enjoys the sun until dusk.  Here you can watch the waves rolling onto the shore during the day or view the spectacular sunsets over Lundy Island whilst relaxing in the evening. The well equipped kitchen has all you will need for dining in and there is an informal breakfast/games area at the rear which provides an ideal retreat for the younger members of the family and includes a breakfast bar, TV, Playstation and other games. A utility area at the rear of the first floor leads out onto a fully enclosed partially covered roof patio, with an outdoor shower. With outdoor furniture this is an ideal spot for al fresco dining with family and friends.  Three attractive bedrooms are on the second floor each with their own TV. Two of the bedrooms are at the front and also offer the great sea views. Two bathrooms on the second floor and a separate cloakroom with WC on the first floor completes the accommodation. An allocated parking space is provided within 300yds however you may be able to unload on arrival on the roadside to the front of the apartment. With great pubs, restaurants, shops and the spectacular beaches of Woolacombe Bay on the doorstep Clevelands is an ideal choice for visitors of all ages wishing to enjoy the friendly laid back atmosphere of this wonderful location. In addition the spectacular coastline and beautiful surrounding countryside offers inspiring footpaths and cycle tracks, pretty coastal towns and villages and for a change of scene the beautiful wild open spaces and picturesque villages of Exmoor National Park is just a 30 minutes scenic drive. Whatever time of year you decide to visit, this lovely apartment will become a firm favourite and you will want to return again and again.

The apartment was spotless on arrival and having milk and a cake was very welcome. The location (for us) couldn't be bettered. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony and people watching below and the sunsets were amazing. After surfing/body-boarding the area at the back with the outside shower was great and also meant that the wetsuits were dry the following day! We really couldn't fault the property and had a wonderful stay. Fabulous for us and three older children (young adults... we all had space). We had amazing weather all week (unusual for Woolacombe) so a lounger would have been an extra love, but that is a very minor point. Thank you to the owners and you for helping make our holiday great.
