Palms 1 is a spacious, newly developed property nestling on the hillside overlooking Woolacombe Bay. Beautifully presented and furnished in a contemporary style throughout this delightful property is ideal for couples and families and offers a wonderful base no matter what the time of year. Just a 10 minute walk downhill to the fabulous award winning surfing sands of Woolacombe and the many shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs of this popular beach resort.   Steps and a gently sloping pathway lead up to the property through delightful Mediterranean style front terraced gardens. A spacious and attractive open plan living area offers a calm and relaxing space with floor to ceiling windows offering lovely hillside views and patio doors leading onto a stone terrace.  A good sized dining area and pristine, high quality kitchen will make dining in with family and friends a memorable experience whilst alfresco dining can be enjoyed on the terraces. Two spacious bedrooms can be found on the first floor, the double offering wonderful sea and coastal views through an attractive feature window. A family bathroom serves these bedrooms and an additional ground floor shower room adds to the facilities. The south facing terraced front garden includes two private patios which offer plenty of space for relaxation or just a wonderful spot to watch the glorious sunsets over Woolacombe Bay.

Accommodation: 22 Steps access from parking bay to Ground floor: Living/dining area with Smart TV with nexflix, DVD, radio, docking station, Nintendo 64 & games. Kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Shower room with heated towel rail, WC and basin. First floor: Bedroom 1 with King. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over bath, heated towel rail WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH (underfloor heating to ground floor). Wi Fi Broadband. No smoking. 1 pet welcome. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate. Garden furniture. Sloping pathway/22 steps from parking. A selection of games and books. Secure storage for bikes and surfboards. Off road allocated parking for 2 cars. Short breaks available only between beginning of November and end of February (4nights minimum). Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday. 


It was a beautiful house we didn't want to leave Chris and his father made us very welcome and there was everything you need and more would stay there again

One of the very best holiday let’s we have stayed in over many year. Woolacombe beach is ideal for dogs.

This is the 2nd time we have visited the property for Christmas and it did not disappoint. The property is 5* and the Christmas hamper that greeted us on arrival was amazing and then to open the fridge and find a bottle of Fizz was just lovely. We spoke with Chris the property owner on a couple of things which he dealt with straight away and was on hand if we needed . We will return :)
