Outside steps lead up to the communal grassed area with stunning sea views.

The award-winning beach and local amenities including shops, surfing equipment hire, family friendly pubs and restaurants are all on the doorstep.  If you can tear yourself away then why not have a walk out to the Bull Point Lighthouse from the neighbouring village of Mortehoe or have a family day out at one of the local attractions such as Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Watermouth Castle and theme Park, Exmoor Zoo or the National Trust owned Arlington Court all of which are within a short drive.

Accommodation: 35 Stairs to Second floor: Open plan living/kitchen/dining area with Smart TV, stereo, electric oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Bedroom 1 with Super-king and en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin beds (NO Zip n Link options). Bathroom with bath, shower over bath WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Wi-Fi Broadband. No smoking. Regret no pets. No cot is provided, please bring your own travel cot. Telephone for emergency and incoming calls only. Communal grassed area accessed by steep steps. Private parking for 1 car to the front, 1 additional un-allocated visitors’ space when available. Short breaks available.  Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.

Shoreline is a really lovely, high quality property. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped with high specification appliances and furnishings. We also appreciated the small but very welcoming touches such as the scented drawer sachets, hairdryer, and the tea, coffee, milk and biscuits provided. The location was stunning with lovely views from the small balcony across the wide stretch of incredible Woolacombe Bay and the beautiful clean beach. It was ideal for coastal walks and had the weather been better we would have explored more of the area but we plan to return as we could see that there is so much more to enjoy and explore. The provision of a numbered car parking space was really useful. A highly recommended property!
