The long, galley-style kitchen is well equipped for whipping up family favourites to be enjoyed around the dining table, which is neatly tucked in the corner beneath dual-aspect windows. Around the corner, the bright and airy lounge has a selection of comfortable seating along with a wood-burner-effect electric fire for added warmth. A separate snug gives the kids space to watch their favourite TV programmes, while the large garden offers a safe space for children and dogs to run freely, and outdoor tables for the adults to share a bottle of wine and chat. The four bedrooms are divided between the ground and first floors, with an en-suite king-size room and a bunkroom for two children on each floor. A family bathroom on the ground floor completes the accommodation.
Head to the golden sands of Widemouth Bay (under 0.5 miles) to ride the waves, take surf lessons, or go rock pooling, or visit the popular seaside resort of Bude (3 miles). Here you’ll find a choice of beaches, including Summerleaze Beach, which has a sea pool for calm, safe swimming.
