Recently renovated, Inglewood is a contemporary, recently refurbished to offer bright and airy holiday accommodation with excellent views across the river to Dartmouth. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a Kingsize bed and one with twin beds.
A door from the bright and airy living room leads onto the private balcony with table and chairs – the perfect spot for al-fresco dining or to sip sundowners.
Inglewood is in a great spot for exploring this beautiful area of South Devon. Dartmouth is just across the river, a 25 minute drive and you'll reach the delightful market town of Totnes, with its independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Head along the coast from Dartmouth and you'll reach the beautiful Blue Flag beach at Blackpool Sands… it's well worth the 10 minute drive as the road follows the coastline, the views are amazing!
Living area: Stylish and modern open plan living, kitchen and dining area with fabulous views over the River Dart. Three seater sofa and two armchairs. Patio doors onto the private furnished terrace area. Flatscreen LCD TV with DVD player, music stereo with CD/Radio. Wi-Fi is also available.
Kitchen: Contemporary and open-plan, well equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and electric oven with hob and microwave.
Dining area: Between the kitchen and the living area. Dining table and 6 chairs.
Master Bedroom: Super-king size bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and chair, modern white en-suite shower room, slate floor and double patio doors onto terrace area.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, built-in wardrobe, door on to a small courtyard.
Bathrooms: Family bathroom with large corner bath, electric shower over bath, wash basin, W.C., heated towel rail.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
This apartment was very modern and well equipped. There was a lovely view of surrounding hills and trees from the lounge and master bedroom, River Dart could be seen from the terrace. There was secure parking in the garage underneath which can be accessed via internal stairs, so can avoid the rain when loading and unloading. The steps however to the front door are steep. We bought a saver ferry card and saved lots when using the lower ferry to get to Dartmouth. The saver card can be used for both pedestrian and car crossings.
