Puffins is family holiday home ideally located in one of the residential areas of Paignton, providing the perfect combination of a relaxing self-catering stay in a quiet area, with a variety of local attractions on your doorstep.  This holiday home is placed in a great location exploring the very best of Torbay - just a short drive from this holiday home you will find activities like Splashdown Quaywest, Torbay Leisure Centre and Torbay Golf Centre, with Paignton harbour and town centre also just a short drive away.

The property is laid out over two floors with a modern open plan lounge-kitchen-diner and WC downstairs, with three bedrooms and family bathroom upstairs to accommodate up to 5 guests. Two medium size dogs are also welcome.

Accommodation:  Ground Floor: Lounge with TV & DVD, three seater sofa, an armchair and side tables. Dining area with a table and chairs. Kitchen with four-ring electric hob, electric oven, full size fridge-freezer, washing machine. Ground floor WC. Access to the conservatory with 32’TV and two 2 seater sofas with side tables, French door leading to enclosed garden courtyard with garden furniture. Summer House. First Floor: Bedroom with King-size bed, the Master bedroom with a king size bed and a Single bedroom. Family bathroom with bath and overhead shower unit, WC, washbasin, heated towel rail.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas&Electricity included. Wi-Fi Broadband. No smoking. 2 medium size pets welcome. Highchair, stairgate. Garden furniture. Private driveway parking for 3-4 cars. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday. Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

A beautiful property. A spacious closed off garden (safe for pets). A lovely summer house storing all the garden furniture you may need. It really felt like they had gone above and beyond to make our holiday as comfortable and cosy as it could possibly be. Extremely clean and well presented. Close by to the beach and shops. Just the perfect place for your staycation. I can't recommend this place enough! We shall definitely be booking again as soon as we can :)
