Self-catering holiday homes in Seaton
Seaton is often referred to as the ‘gateway to the Jurassic Coast’, and is the most south-easterly point of the glorious Devon coast. Our holiday cottages in Seaton enjoy a wonderful spot in this bustling East Devon seaside town, with easy access to an array of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes, as well as a lovely beach, promenade and harbour – talk about by-the-sea bliss! The mile-long stretch of Seaton Beach is enclosed by white cliffs on one side, and red cliffs on the other. Regularly patrolled by lifeguards, it is a popular spot for swimming, and there are a variety of water sports providers, too. And if you’re bringing the whole pack to stay in one of our dog-friendly Seaton cottages, you’ll be pleased to know that the beach has a dog-friendly section that welcomes canine visitors all year round.
From our self-catering accommodation in Seaton, you can enjoy scenic walks along the South West Coast Path that runs along the seafront. In one direction you can amble to Lyme Regis and in the other, you can reach the town of Beer. And if you’re staying in one of our Seaton holiday homes and would like to see some wildlife, Seaton Wetlands lies to the north of the town and is made up of three nature reserves: Seaton Marshes, Colyford Common, and Black Hole Marsh. With so much to do, it’s no wonder that our Seaton breaks are so sought after.
