Nestled on a charming complex of cottages, just outside the idyllic coastal village of Combe Martin, this inviting barn offers close proximity to a range of water activities, including kayaking and paddle boarding. Take in the scenic beauty of the South West Coast Path or explore the enchanting moorlands and woodland walks of Exmoor National Park, just 6 miles away. A short drive of 13 miles leads to the delightful Lynton and Lynmouth, where you can experience a funicular railway ride and meander through local shops, pubs, and tearooms. Nearby attractions include the Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Watermouth Castle (both under 2 miles away), an equestrian centre 8 miles distant, and Keypitts Quad biking. If you're a beach enthusiast, the stunning shores of Croyde and Woolacombe (8 miles) await, providing a perfect setting to savour fish and chips while enjoying the mesmerizing sea views.

Upon entering from the courtyard, you step into a well-designed open-plan kitchen/dining area on the ground floor. The wood table, capable of seating up to 14, and a cosy sofa for TV watching create a welcoming space. The kitchen is a highlight, boasting high-quality finishes and equipped, everything you need for a stress-free stay. An additional practical touch is the island providing ample storage. From the kitchen, double doors lead to a well-decorated lounge with large comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxation and TV enjoyment. Access to the rear terrace and garden is also available from the lounge. A stylish shower room on the ground floor features a large walk-in shower and a WC. Moving to the first floor, there are six generously sized bedrooms and two family bathrooms. The first three bedrooms are accessed via the kitchen/diner staircase, while the remaining three bedrooms are reached via the lounge staircase. The first bedroom is a spacious double with a fitted wardrobe, dressing table, and mirror. Bedroom two is a twin room with two full-sized single beds and a fitted wardrobe. Bedroom three, a favourite for children, is a bunk room with full-size bunk beds and a wardrobe. The family bathroom adjacent to the kitchen staircase offers a shower over bath, a washbasin, and a WC. Bedroom four is a large king-size bedroom with a dressing table and a fitted wardrobe. Bedroom five is a tastefully decorated twin room with two full-size single beds and a fitted wardrobe. And finally, bedroom six, another bunk room, completes the upstairs with full-size bunk beds. The second family bathroom, accessible via the lounge, includes a bath with a shower overhead and a WC, providing convenience and comfort for guests on both floors.

From the living space you can access your own enclosed private garden with outdoor seating, an ideal space to relax separated from the rest of the cottages on-site. The site has some excellent onsite facilities, which guests are welcome to take advantage of, including an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, an outdoor tennis court (May to September ONLY) and seven acres of communal grounds featuring landscaped lawns, a dog walking/exercise fields, woodlands and ponds. There is also a shared laundry room available.
