A short 13-mile drive leads to the quaint Lynton and Lynmouth, where you can experience a scenic funicular railway ride and leisurely explore local shops, pubs, and tearooms. Nearby attractions include the Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and Watermouth Castle, both within 2 miles. An equestrian centre awaits 8 miles distant, along with the thrilling Keypitts Quad biking experience. Beach enthusiasts will find the stunning shores of Croyde and Woolacombe (8 miles) close by, providing an idyllic setting to savour fish and chips while enjoying the mesmerizing sea views.

For added convenience, guests can utilize the shared onsite laundry room, complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, the first bedroom presents a lovely single, followed by the master bedroom boasting its private Juliet balcony offering picturesque views of the local countryside, a comfortable double bed, and ample storage facilities. The final bedroom is a charming twin with two 2’6’’ wide single beds. The three bedrooms share a tastefully appointed family bathroom, featuring a shower over the bath, and a WC.

The site itself has some excellent onsite facilities, which guests are welcome to take advantage of, including an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, an outdoor tennis court (May to September ONLY ) and seven acres of communal grounds featuring landscaped lawns, a dog walking/exercise fields, woodlands and ponds. There is also a shared laundry room available.
