Within close proximity, discover attractions like the Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and Watermouth Castle, both less than 2 miles away. An equestrian center awaits 8 miles distant, along with the thrilling Keypitts Quad biking experience. For beach enthusiasts, the stunning shores of Croyde and Woolacombe (8 miles) beckon, offering an ideal setting to relish fish and chips while taking in the captivating sea views.

Step into the warm embrace of this wonderful farmhouse, where the tastefully decorated lounge awaits, boasting a bright and spacious ambiance complemented by a grand fireplace featuring a wood burner, perfect for those cosy winter evenings. The comfortable lounge, adorned with three large sofas and two armchairs, invites you to unwind in front of the Smart TV. The large, well-equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, featuring everything you need for a stress-free stay, whilst two country pine tables, each seating six, provide an ideal setting for shared meals. The ground floor hosts the first of the five bedrooms, a twin room with two full-size single beds, a fitted walk-in wardrobe, and easy access to the downstairs family bathroom. The first floor reveals four more bedrooms, starting with the light and spacious master bedroom, adorned with a comfortable double bed and ample hanging space. The master bedroom also boasts its own en-suite shower room with a shower and WC. Adjacent is the second double bedroom with courtyard views, featuring a double bed. The third bedroom is a delightful twin room suitable for both adults and children, equipped with a full-size single bed and an additional 2'6'' wide single bed. The fifth bedroom offers versatility, with a full-size single bed above an optional pull-out 2'6" wide single bed and a separate smaller child's bed. The large family bathroom on the first floor completes the home, fitted with a shower over the bath and a WC.

The property has its own private garden with BBQ. This is great if staying with children or dogs. The site itself has some excellent onsite facilities, which guests are welcome to take advantage of, including an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, an outdoor tennis court (May to September ONLY) and seven acres of communal grounds featuring landscaped lawns, a dog walking/exercise fields, woodlands and ponds. There is also a shared laundry room available upon request.
