Just 400 metres from your front door, you’ll have a 3-mile-long sandy beach stretching down to Putsborough – perfect for sunbathing, building sandcastles or trying your hand at surfing or paddleboarding.

This contemporary home offers stylish open-plan living, with a lovely central space comprising a lounge, dining room and kitchen. A soothing coastal colour scheme reminds you that you’re by the sea, while inspiring artwork adds to the overall charm. Two sets of bi-fold doors allow plenty of light in, while comfy sofas create a spot for relaxation after a day of adventure. While you whip up dinner in the modern kitchen, the kids can watch a film on the Smart TV. Two king bedrooms both boast their own en-suite shower rooms, while there are also two king-size zip-and-link beds (can be made into twins on request). From your private balcony, soak up the incredible ocean views while savouring your morning coffee or an evening drink.

Within 400 metres of your dwelling, Woolacombe boasts a fantastic selection of independent shops, cafés and restaurants, so it’s easy to eat out and pick up supplies. Spend a day in surfy Croyde (4.5 miles) or visit the historic town of Ilfracombe (5 miles) where you can board a boat to Lundy Island, a haven for puffins. For history, wildlife and easy or challenging walks, Exmoor National Park is only 12 miles away. Any children in your party will love a trip to Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (11 miles), the Watermouth Castle theme park (9 miles) or The Big Sheep (20.5 miles).
