Stepping into this upside-down style property, you’ll be charmed by the welcoming neutral decor and ambient lighting. The main bathroom and utility room are on the ground floor alongside the cosy bedrooms. Featuring two twins and a double with an en-suite, all three are irresistible. Upstairs, the open-plan living space is light-filled and offers stunning views. The private balcony is an ideal place for a pre-dinner tipple, or curl up by the electric fire in the lounge. Swap stories over decadent dinners at the table, prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Children will love playing games on the shared lawn as the adults prepare a feast on the shared BBQ.

With access to plenty of leisure facilities on-site such as squash courts, a five-a-side pitch, sports hall and an outdoor adventure playground, you’ll be spoilt for choice on activities. There is even a heated indoor pool that guests can access for free. Venture further afield to explore the majestic Dartmoor landscape, 11 miles away, or one of the chocolate-box villages dotted throughout, such as beautiful Throwleigh 13.5 miles away or South Zeal, 11 miles away.

This is our second visit to this wonderful place. Lovely spacious cottage with access to a big soft play, swimming pool, skittles alley, playground etc. Absolutely perfect for families. The area has some stunning walking paths as well. Well definitely be coming back

Second time we have stayed here. It's so peaceful but with plenty to do for the kids . The cottages are spacious and very well set up . Great washing machine and TV in all bedrooms. On suite in the double room separate bathroom for the other 2 twin rooms. . good out door space when the sun's out. Restaurant very good value with lovely food and greaRead moret choice. All other facilities are good no complaints atall. Staff are very efficient and friendly. We will be back . Hide
