This inverted house is perfectly located for exploring the best of Devon, with coast, country and moorlands within easy reach. You’ll find it in the very heart of the county, on a fun-filled family complex just 5 miles from the market town of Crediton. Unwind after a busy day exploring with a dip in the shared heated indoor swimming pool. And as it’s set in the grounds of a pub, food and drink are never far away, so even your resident cook can enjoy a few nights off!

On the first floor, the attractive and spacious living area boasts far-reaching countryside views. Here you’ll find plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and relax, or cosy up in next to the electric fire on a chilly evening. Enjoy breakfast alfresco on the balcony or private patio before exploring the shared lawn and extensive range of on-site leisure facilities. The kids will love the zip slides at the adventure playground, as well as the indoor soft play area, while everyone will enjoy the skittle alley, squash courts, sports hall and five-a-side all-weather pitch.

Enjoy the best of country and city life with a trip to Exeter, just 17 miles away; here you’ll find an array of attractions, including restaurants, shops and museums. Outdoor lovers will feel in their element, with the opportunity for long walks on Exmoor (24.5 miles), as well as discovering the towering tors of Dartmoor (26.5 miles). The north and south coasts are worth a visit too - head to the sandy beaches of Westward Ho! (30 miles) to the north and Exmouth (38.5 miles) to the south.

We love it at the Waie Inn fourth time for us staying there. There's absolutely nothing to dislike great for all ages. The holiday house is super clean and is like home from home. Definitely be back

House very nice and comfortable; nice touches of milk in fridge and home made biscuits upon arrival. Breakfast in pub good value.

Very enjoyable stay. Fantastic views from our cottage which was exceptionally clean and well maintained. All facilities were brilliant and in a big family group catered for a wide range of ages. We ate in the restaurant and had breakfast in the bar. Very good value for money and the relaxed but efficient atmosphere is really very welcoming.

Lovely cottage, very good proportions and fab views. The facilities were great, and it's a beautiful spot for a short trip or longer holiday.
