Located 1 mile from the heart of South Molton, it’s within easy reach of pubs, restaurants and markets, although its incredibly tranquil setting will leave you feeling miles from anywhere.
Set away from the main farmhouse, the cabin is open-plan and spacious, decorated tastefully to provide a homely feel. Enjoy a meal with a view in the French window before retreating to the lounge area, where you can relax beside the wood burner on chilly evenings. In the summer months though, the large patio windows can be opened to create an al fresco feel, with the subtle scent of fresh country air filling the room. Outside on the patio, you’ll find a BBQ and sun loungers - a great spot for soaking up the peace and quiet.
There is an ornamental lake with lakeside garden and a woodland garden which both make for an idyllic sunset walk. For a more strenuous hike though, take in the moorland views on Exmoor National Park. Lynton and Lynmouth (22 miles) and the sandy beach at Saunton (20.5 miles) are also nearby.
